All patients are Bulk Billed, available for Medicare card holders.

General Fees

• There is a late cancellation fee of $40 if you fail to give 24 hours notice to cancel your appointment
   

• There is a $40 fee if you fail to attend your appointment as scheduled
   

• To transfer your medical history to another practice, there is a $50 fee including postage and tracking
   

• Patient requested electronic communication e.g. email, there is a $20 fee
   

• Private fees apply if you do not have a medicare card
