Bulk billing services
Weekdays Pensioners, Concession card holders and all children under 16yrs, we will BULK BILL if registered with MyMedicare. You can register through MyGov by selecting the Medicare tile to find MyMedicare Registration. Otherwise you can contact reception to register on your behalf.

Express Clinic: Bulk Bill ALL Existing Patients. These appointments are less than 5 minute phone appointments and we encourage all existing patients to use these appointments whenever appropriate. Private Billing
As noted above, there are many Bulk billed services that we continue to offer.
Private fees apply to patients 16 and over who do not have a concession or pension card.
Medicare billing restrictions apply to people 16 years and over who do not qualify for a concession or pension card. Therefore, this group of patients will be required to pay a private bill on the day. Medicare rebates do apply.
We do offer Bulk Billing services to certain services where we can.

All New patients are charged a fee for there 1st consult with the doctor. The fee is $100 for a standard consultation or higher for a longer consult.​

Private fees apply for Mental Health Consults, Mental Health Care Plans and review of a Mental Health Plan if you are not under 16yrs, a Pensioner/HCC holder.

We will inform you of additional costs when booking a procedure.

Patients with NO Medicare Card private fees apply.

When the consultation takes either less time or more time than booked, the appropriate consultation fee will be charged. Fees are payable at the time of consultation preferably by credit card, EFTPOS or cash.

Medicare Safety Net can help lower medical costs if you need to see a doctor or get tests regularly. When you spend over a certain amount in a calendar year, Services Australia will give you a higher rebate amount back. To manage your family’s safety net online, you can use your Medicare online account through myGov or visit www.servicesaustralia.gov.au/medicare-safety-nets to find out more.

Pre-employment Medicals
​We do accept bookings for Pre-employment medicals. Please contact the clinic to make a booking and discuss private fees. PEM are not covered by Medicare.

Industry Occupational Health Examinations
We do have relationships with many local Industries in managing their workplace injuries in house. Please contact the clinic if you would like to discuss our clinic to be your preferred clinic to manage workplace injuries.

In addition, we do see patients with Work-cover or TAC injuries. Out of pocket fees may apply.

Allied Health Fees
A referral is not necessary to book an appointment with one of our Allied Health Professionals. However, we recommend booking an appointment with your doctor to see if you are eligible for Medicare funded visits (EPC or MHP). Check if a gap in funding applies.
You may also be eligible for rebates through your private health cover.

Cancellation Fees:
A 100% CANCELLATION FEE will be charged if less than 24 hours’ notice is given. Late cancellations result in loss of income and also means that other clients have lost the opportunity for an appointment. There are no Medicare reimbursements for cancellation fees charged.
Our Allied Health Practitioners are all registered with their professional bodies and registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) who adhere to the professional codes.
