Booking your COVID-19 vaccination appointment

The easiest way to book for a vaccine is through our online booking system. When you book your first dose, your second dose will automatically be booked.

If you have had your first dose elsewhere you are able to book your second dose online.

We are accepting patients that have not been to the clinic previously. Just book online as a New Patient. Make sure you click on the link to complete the online Medical Registration form after you book your appointment. We must have your medical information to be able to give you the vaccine.

Otherwise you can call the clinic on 93593288 to make an appointment.
