Booking Appointments

Due to COVID restrictions, most appointments currently are over the phone or by video. Our dietitian can email or post supported resources and information to assist you in achieving better health outcomes.

 

If you would like to book an appointment you can call on 9359 3288 or book Online at www.andersonroadmedicalcentre.com.au . If you would like a video consultation please make an appointment and download the App AMS Connect, from the Apple App Store or Goggle Play Store.

Medicare: You may be eligible for Bulk Billing visits.To enquire you need to see your GP to confirm if you are eligible for an Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) plan. Medicare will pay for 5 visits per calendar year if you have a Chronic Health Condition. For Eating Disorders Dietetic Treatment Services you may be eligible for up to 20 sessions per calendar year.

Private: You don’t necessarily need a Doctors referral to see a Dietitian. You can choose to book an appointment as a private patient. You can claim from your private health fund if you have extras cover. Refer to our private Fee rates.

DVA/Veteran Card: DVA will fund dietetic services through DVA arrangements.

Cancellation Policy: You need to give 24 hours’ notice to cancel an appointment, otherwise there is a late cancellation fee of $40.

 

Private Fee: Initial Appointment - $120, Follow up appointment - $60
